Ruth is the Independent Society of Musicians (ISM) Head of Charity Development. She leads on the development of the ISM’s two sister charities: the ISM Trust and the ISM Members Fund. The Trust equips music professionals with the tools and knowledge Ruth is also a steering group member of Make Music Day UK and was a Trustee of the Music Education Council (MEC).they need to succeed in their career, via events, training and award-winning resources. The Members Fund delivers services to improve ISM members' health, and to support their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
